During normal opening hours

If you have an emergency during our normal working hours please phone the practice on 01629 55666 to let us know what has happened. We can give advice and arrange to get emergency treatment started as soon as possible if we know to expect you and what has happed to your pet.

If the telephone is engaged but you feel your pet needs to be seen as soon as possible start heading to the practice but get a companion or someone at home to keep trying our number to let us know you are on your way down to us.

Out of hours

If your animal requires urgent veterinary treatment outside of our normal opening hours, a dedicated emergency provider, Vets Now Chesterfield, based at Clay Cross, will provide this. The veterinary teams at Vets Now are on site at Clay Cross throughout the night to provide continual care for your sick pet.  Vets Now can be contacted directly on 01246 930560 or by phoning the practice on our normal number and pressing option 1.
